Through intentional, tri-active breathing, we’ll shed light on the blocks that silence us and breathe life into our truth that’s ready to be spoken! This breathwork session will a space to release fear, speak from your soul, and step into your most authentic, empowered self. Come open the throat chakra.
Please bring a yoga mat or pad, pillow blanket and water bottle.

AWAKEN & ALIGN- Breathwork & Soundbath Class
Awaken your truth and align with your highest self through deep dive with the breath. In the session, we'll use conscious, connected breathing to clear stagnant energy and activate your intuition. As the tri-active breath guides you inward, you’ll release what no longer serves and create space for clarity and alignment. We'll also have a beautiful trance inducing sound bath to anchor in our insights & ground us in our bodies.
Please bring a yoga mat or pad, pillow, blanket and water bottle.

Christ Centered Breathwork
Conscious, circular breathwork is an ancient technique & powerful tool for directly accessing the subconscious mind & releasing any blocks you may have mentally or physically, pent up emotions, and/or trauma that your mind, body and spirit may be holding onto.
Come release and invite in the hope that Christ exemplified- connecting with His life, His love, and His healing.
LET IT FLOW (women’s) breathwork
Come embody & connect to the divine in you through being present with your breath. Release self judgement, shame, self doubt, etc. Disconnect from the world that focuses so much on external validation and reconnect to the deeper parts of you.
*Bring a yoga mat or pad (we will be laying on a hard ground), pillow, blanket and water. Wear comfortable clothing and refrain from eating a heavy meal at least an hr before.
*Please bring what's necessary for you to be comfortable laying/sitting on the ground for 120 min

Doing this work as a couple can bring in more understanding and connection. When we can see each other for who we really are, our true, pure essence, we can feel a deep sense of love & appreciation for our spouse, the relationship, and our self.
